produced by Jay Chou. they have a similar sound, but a little more edgy... they were styled that way so i naturally like it more than the smooth sound Jay Chou has, even though i like Jay Chou. this is getting redundant. so my skin regime has started today, im on a diet to improve the conditions of my skin. my first major improvement needs to be: SUNSCREEN. something i don't always wear. bad. jasmine. bad. my main target goal right now however, is to mix and match 15 varieties of vegetables, fruits and nuts into my diet. something impossible given the burwash hall lack of variety. but something i will try out once i get home to HK, this includes sticking a list of foods on the fridge for my dear Mother. haha the other challenge, which i am hesitant to take on, is to streamline my meals into a pyramid (upside down) so that my biggest meal is breakfast and my smallest meal is dinner. i do not want to attempt this for a few reasons: given my love for sleeping, i usually don't eat breakfast. i like snacking way past dinner. but for the good of my skin, i have been adjusting and inching my sleep schedule to progressively healthier times. (before 2AM) and waking up before noon everyday. and inching toward the 9AM wakeup time. it sounds a bit ridiculous. but my schedule this year has been 4AM - Noon (in sleep) so waking up at 9 will be an accomplishment. as of now, im waking up between 10-11AM on a regular basis. so yay me. other important things: im paying close attention to my nail beds, my nails are so icky right now. my feet... will be getting a few pedicures once i hit HK. and i'll finally get to go to my facials again. bahahaha im also treating my hair, which has been remarkably dry this term due to weather and the curling i did for my birthday. why am i doing all this? not too sure. i feel like i need to take care of myself more. especially health wise. so since im getting regular exercise. its good to turn to what im eating and examine that too. i refuse to give up junk food though. i just have to eat less of it, and make sure im regularly exercising and drinking water to minimize damage. ---- emily's moving out today. our room is a mosaic of music, sunshine, boxes and textbooks. what a wonderful thing it is to be in University. since i've been studying hard all week, im giving myself a break today before plunging back into study for my final tomorrow night. its a beautiful day today, the flurry of activity is keeping my mind far far away from emotional abysses. 現在的我, 很快樂。 享受當下的我, 很慶幸。 謝謝。
