there are multiple reasons for this, obviously, eye candy. harhar. second, the sets become familiar, making them a huge part of the story i love getting to know the nooks and crannies of each scene, and watching the interaction of the actor or actress with the set. third, dramas have a drawn out timeline, enabling intense character development that doesn't need to use specific camera techniques to be conveyed. instead they use entire scenes, or they dedicate long sequences for emotion to be hashed out. i love the little moments in dramas, when they look at each other and a seemingly cliche drama moment occurs, but its concept is age old, and its lesson is priceless. i love having winding character relations to trace, to open each drawer of emotion along the way, to gaze wide-eyed as everything falls into place, as layers of feelings form themselves into people, into characters, into stories. i also love being righteously angry at characters, "bitch stop faking. its all yo fault."
